Super friendly lady but,
One of the worst waxing results I've ever had. Patchy, no aftercare oils/powder
Had an appointment, said I was there as I walked in, yet waited for 40 minutes. After 30 I went up to the counter to ask, then just had me waiting in a booth for 15 minutes.

For my 12:00 appointment, they let me into the waiting room, giving me the impression that it will take 5-10 minutes. When around 12:30 I ask them why am I still not in (I was supposed to be out already), they tell me that I need to wait 30 more mins in a very unfriendly way. Apparently, they were understaffed and instead of letting us know beforehand or when we enter, they just made us wait an hour and didn’t even bother apologizing. Long story short: terrible time management, and bad service
