Do NOT recommend. Rauschan was unhelpful, rude and unprofessional. I had to wait 30 minutes despite booking an appointment in advance. To the top of it the service was not good either. The wax was too hot which I communicated to the provider. The answer was “this is your perception, I never burned anyone”. The whole experience was very painful. Finally, there were a lot of hair patches missed. No after wax clean up was offered. So I am exiting with legs covered in white power with hair left.
