I’ve never had an experience like this before here. My arms were literally burnt and my skin teared, the inside part of my elbows was bleeding. I asked the lady to stop and thankfully Elena came to the rescue and took over. I would only come back for Elena, but they should really make sure their beauticians are trained and have also some customer facing skills. I have photos that clearly showed how harmed my arms were.
