Generally like the place and majority of ladies working. I had an unpleasant experience, got a heavier burns on my skin, wrote to manager and asked not to have this lady assigned again and they said they will look into it and assigned her to me again. I also had few back and forth emails trying to explain that I did not write to them to get discount or anything similar, but inform them that I had a burned skin that had to be treated by doctor, got 0 support and no assurance it wont happen again

Sehr freundliches Personal. Kleiner Manko keine der Depiladoras, die ich bis jetzt hatte, spricht gut deutsch und manche nicht gut englisch. Also die Kommunikation kann schwierig werden. Es ist einfach Termine zu bekommen. Ich kann es nur empfehlen!
