Die Mitarbeiterin konnte mir gut und verständlich erklären warum die Behandlung beim ersten Mal keine 100%-igen Ergebnisse zeigt. Dennoch war das Ergebnis zufriedenstellend. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es, weil ich nicht gefragt wurde ob das Wax von der Temperatur ok ist. Es war nämlich wesentlich zu heiß, sodass ich am nächsten Tag mehrere Brandblasen auf den Beinen hatte. Sowas darf nicht passieren!

It felt like the person who did the waxing, did it for the first time in their lives. Very painful, no disinfection before and after the treatment. She also gave me the cream to apply by myself. In all other places in Berlin, the master makes it. Unfortunately I had higher hopes for this place, as this is one of the biggest service providers in our city, but it was not met.
