It was my 5th time getting a Brazilian wax. As always, I am extremely happy with the result and the waxing experience itself. The only thing I could complain about is the waiting time. Although I had an appointment, no one was at the desk when I arrived and I had to wait 10 minutes before anyone even came to the front, may be because they were understaffed but no big deal. High recommend this salon! The staff is so sweet and professional.
