The service itself is good but the environment of the room really really needs to be improved. In the lobby everything looks fine and clean but when you walk in to the room you will see a lot of wax on the floor. My socks and feet are full of wax after stepping on the floor so had to throw away my socks rather than washing them. The floor needs to be clean everytime when a cutstomer leaves otherwise it's discusting!
