Usually, I’m very happy with the service but this time I was disappointed. There was what seemed to be a new employee and I told her every time she put the wax on that it’s too hot, but she said it has to be that hot. She finally tested it on her wrist and said it IS too hot. Well, in two spots my skin was slightly burned and uncomfortable for the next 24 hours. It’s unfortunate as my precious experiences have been good but now I’m a bit hesitant to come back.
