Everything was great - Maria is always professional and quick. This time, she was almost 35 min late because the client before me had booked something within the 30-minute time slot that needed over an hour to complete. She apologized constantly, but if you are not given enough time in the schedule to perform the job to the utmost perfection that Maria strives for, I totally understand. Maybe whoever decides on scheduling should listen to the professionals she/he hires so clients won't wait.
