The person who did my wax did not seem experienced and was unable to ensure each strip was removed smoothly and in one go. There was multiple times where she hesitated and stopped half way through the wax strip. This was the most painful wax I have had in a long time. Sometimes i have a wax here the girl is excellent, and others I swear I will never return. There needs to be more consistency with the treatment as you really should know what you are getting when you pay the same price each time
