Ich hatte zwar keine Massage (war gar nicht gebucht) aber die Waxing Behandlung war sehr gut und die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm.

This was my first disappointing experience with Treatwell. I was en-route to my appointment, got to the building complex and couldn't find the door for my clinic. I called the number in Treatwell multiple times and got no answer.
It took me 10 minutes before I found them and they refused to help me because they were closing up. I explained about the number and they blamed that on me. They were packing up and I still had 10 minutes of my wax appointment left, there were three of them still there
