Let me say first, the salon is tidy and the people are very nice and accommodating. I initially chose the wrong "shellac" and they were nice enough to change it to another option. Other than that, it was a bad experience. My fingers got twisted during shortening (which I said I don't want). The shellac is applied way to thick and the surface looks bubbly. I came in with healthy untreated natural nails, and they filed it way to harsh, before the treatment which is not needed, my nails hurt now.
