Was left with a terrible smell from a product that was used to remove hair dye from my face. I guess it was supposed be washed out properly and not just applied to my face when my hair were already washed and dried. Just ruined my day because I couldn't go to another appointment and had to wash my hair several times more at home to get rid of the smell.
