Talented staff. Good service and great communication. The frontdesk girl is very friendly despite the busy business hours. There are not a lot of studios in berlin that actually speak different languages and try so hard to communicate and understand their customers. My seating neighbor did not speak german or english and communicated through google translator which didn’t even put sentences together that actually made sense.😆

I brought an inspo photograph and got exactly what I wanted. You also get offered free coffee here and they give cuticle oil, handlotion and a quick massage after the treatment. Not bad. Will be back next time i’m in berlin.

Die Person, mit der ich den Termin gebucht habe, war nicht die Person, die ich bekommen habe. Ich habe einen Gel-Termin gebucht, aber der Künstler hat wiederholt versucht, mir Acrylfarben zu besorgen. Als ich gefragt wurde, ob die Form in Ordnung sei, sagte ich, ich möchte, dass sie leicht an mein Referenzbild angepasst wird, und wurde aufgefordert, sie selbst zu archivieren, wenn sie mir nicht gefällt. Ich war schon mehrere Male hier und die Arbeit war immer gut, also war ich sehr enttäuscht.
