Had a 3:45 booking for mani/pedi with a friend. She waited over an hour, was never seen, and had to leave. Staff kept arguing about the time instead of fixing the issue. The technician was more focused on being right than helpful. My manicure was rushed and badly done despite me voicing concerns. While the boss did call to apologise, the overall experience was disappointing and frustrating. I've been here before, but this visit really missed the mark.
