I received a voucher for my birthday last year and finally, with two children under two, found a window of opportunity to use it and spoil myself. I wish I had chosen another treatment. I don't think the Spa Rituals Luxus Manikur was worth all that money. The hand massage which I looked forward to the most was so short. During my treatment, customers came through the door and my manicurist dropped me to serve them. At one point I felt very irritated by the pop radio music playing from one side and eastern meditation music from your other side of the salon. I couldn't have a coffee because there was no ordinary milk. I was in uncomfortable on that chair leaning forward. I spent most of my hour with my hands soaking in an awkward position in a bowl or wrapped in cling foil for the mask. The girl who did my manicure was very sweet but I did not walk out feeling pampered and I don't know what was 'luxus' about my manicure. I don't like to criticise but I was disappointed and have to tell the truth. I wouldn't come back for a manicure... not at that price.

War das erste Mal zum Wachsen dort und bin sehr zufrieden. Freundlich das Personal, sauber und gemütlich das "Hinterzimmer", hochwertig (und hoffentlich langandauernd) das Ergebnis.
