The lady made me pay 20 Euros extra on the spot as apparently the salon was new to Treatwell and had messed up its pricing. When I asked where can I see the pricing list she showed me a piece of paper with no pricing like the one she asked me to pay. The service was ok, the place was fairly dirty. I won't be going back.

Haare föhnen kostet 25 Euro und es wurde nicht kommuniziert. Ich finde transparent zwischen den Parteien wichtig. Das hat mich voll geärgert. Fürs waschen und schneiden wird 23 Euro verlangt. Was völlig in Ordnung ist. Ich hatte das Gefühl, das es nur ums Geld geht und dem Kunden soviel wie möglich aus der Tasche zuziehen. Es geht ja schon beim waschen los, mit den Pflegeprodukten. So nebenbei fragt er, man sagt dann ja und schon ist man 7 Euro los. Bin sonst immer sehr zufrieden gewesen. Schade
