I had to wait 2 hours even though I had an appointment and was not called earlier to let me know. They did not cleaned up the hairs in the ground from the previous clients which was not that nice.

The staff was very rude. They were short staffed which might happened but should have informed us sooner that we had to wait for 45 minutes. I had booked a haircut for my daughter and my self at the same time so we can finish early, but we were served one after the other and when the girl finished with my daughter told me to wait 10 more minutes because she had to go out to smoke a cigarette. I don’t think is normal to wait 2h for a very normal haircut. They did not cleaned up the hair down.
