Booked Japanese manicure,lady behind counter said I couldn’t as I have gel nails,tells me to get IBX manicure.Fine by me.Manicurist sees I’m booked for a JM, tells me that’s fine.Weird but ok.I get a JM,a bit rougher than expected but whatever.After,nails start crumbling completely,so damaged.I show the salon & all they say is they can rly recommend an IBX treatment&vaguely mention discount.Like??This was supposed 2b my last nail app before wedding&nails look horrible.Greed>customer service?

Der Salon ist sehr sauber, und die Behandlung sowie die Kommunikation mit Tatiana waren sehr angenehm. Ich habe mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt und würde den Salon weiterempfehlen.
