I love the place and the artists, if it was only about the service, I would recommend it wholeheartedly. However, it’s disappointing that, yet again, I needed corrections due to color chipping and cracking. Let’s be honest, it’s one of the pricier salons in town; the product quality is unacceptable. When I went in to complain, the person who greeted me just told me to come back another day, almost as if a so-called “long-lasting” manicure lasting less than two days wasn’t anything unusual.
