Before my facial, I told the beautician I have sensitive skin. But during the blackhead extraction, she was so aggressive that I was crying. My nose was a bit red after my treatment, and it got worse. I woke up to see a big HOLE in the middle of my nose. The scar damage will likely be permanent, as she teared my skin! Leave the blackhead alone if it doesn't come out, no need to force i. I have written 2 emails and called, but zero response. Incompetents. AVOID THIS PLACE! I am so angry & upset
