The waxing lady did not wear gloves. When she saw a hair left she took it out with her nails and not with tweezers. Also, she waxed the whole bikini area with paper bands. I have no idea if it's this or the product she used afterwards, but my skin burns like hell afterwards. I am in so much pain 2 hours after the session... I do not recommend getting waxed there.
