Umran is absolutely AMAZING, as well as her employees. I go there for the eyebrow threading tecnique, it is always perfect. I stick to her personality, because she is warm-hearted and super professional. Also, there were cases where she made her boundaries clear, and I appreciate this in people. She is not the crazy happy kind of pretentious buisness owner when she sees you, she is authentic and real. 10 stars.
