This was my second visit to the salon. Upon arrival, I was told my hair is considered long rather than medium-length (even though it’s only about 1 cm below my shoulders), so I had to pay extra. During my first visit, it was classified as medium-length.After the wash, I was also asked to dry my own hair, whereas last time this was done for me at no extra cost. I would suggest reconsidering this approach, as customers won't come back.
