Es war sehr voll und ich musste trotz Termin recht lang warten. Sie versuchen das beste, um Abstand zu gewährleisten, aber es ist schon echt eng. Für ganz ängstliche eher nicht zur „Rush Hour“ zu empfehlen.

I want to start saying that most of the times the girls are doing an excellent job. But, in some cases they are in a hurry and then the polish top is detaching from your nails. The normal time is 30 to 40 mins , in a hurry i was done in 17 min. Considering this small detail i went again to the salon to refresh my manicure. Told the bosslady what happened last time and that i am unpleased. Long story short, the attitude she had towards me left me puzzled. She raised her voice telling me that her girls are doing the best job , that my nails are bad, this is normal, of course is my fault and if i am unsatisfied to go somewhere else.
There has to be room for taking a feedback and sometimes assuming that mistakes can happen. So this review is for the staff, to be more kind and customer oriented.
