I’ve been a loyal customer, but after this visit I’m done. Good 90% craftsmanship isn’t enough when the customer service is this poor.
The work itself is good, but it doesn’t matter when they don’t do what you actually ask for. After several times of getting ALMOST what I requested, I finally spoke up today. I asked for chrome + design, double-checked twice (at the start and right before the design), and they still ignored it. When I pointed out the mistake BEFORE paying, all I got was a condescending “but it still looks nice,” “you have to remind us more times,” and “chrome costs extra.”
The service is friendly as long as you stay quiet. The moment you speak up, they become defensive, unprofessional, and refuse to take responsibility or offer proper compensation. I was even interrupted before I finished explaining, and the compensation options were:
• sit for another 2 hours and re-do everything
• MAYBE get a discount next time, but they refused to put it in writing (and my next appointment would be in 3–4 weeks, which ofc would be forgotten).
My suggested compensations were 10-20€ back now or 10-15€ discount next time, as I already sat there for 2h. This way I’d be comfortable oversee the mistake and also keep being loyal.
It’s a shame this relationship was ruined over something so simple on their end. They haven’t just lost me; I’ll also warn others that this place is only worth visiting if you don’t care about getting the result you actually asked for.
People make mistakes, but customers should be compensated.
