My nails are much shorter than I wanted (she already shortened several nails before asking me if the length was ok so it was too late to do anything) + the almond shape is really pointy instead of round, this is not how I like it! I think overall the whole process was rushed and my opinion was not really taken into account. Some customers might not know what they want, but I certainly do. When you pay for a treatment, you want the result to be what you went there for in the first place.
