I've arrived on time for my appointment but I had to nurse the baby so instead of starting on time, we were 25min late. Although I was the last customer for the day and we could make this treatment shorter (as we started later), we didn't. Thuy stay longer and we've done the full hour as per plan and schedule. Very professional and above all, human.
