I have booked and paid in advance for a manicure and a new gel set. They didn’t do any manicure, just gel. At the end they asked me to pay extra because I chose French tips with different colours - I was never informed of the extra price and this price was not on Treatwell either. Also when I said: since you didn’t do any manicure, wouldn’t that cost cover for the extra colours? They couldn’t answer that’s and still asked for more money. Overall I feel they wanted an excuse to make me pay more.

Soweit okay, aber sehr voll und viel los. Zudem kann man keinen Schellack bei der Pediküre auswählen und das wird dann am Ende nochmal drauf berechnet. Ich war nicht die einzige Kundin, die das geärgert hat.
