I had built up a lot of stress and tension, my neck and the whole left side of my back were sore. In 1 hour Theda performed a miracle. My tensions were relieved, I really felt a difference. Before the session we had a conversation and a review of my needs which made the session even more beneficial. Theda is a good listener, very gentle and extremely talented. Her movements were soft and precise. It really helped me and I recommend 100%. I will repeat. Amazing experience
