Ich habe die Head Spa und eine Hand/Fußmassage für meine Mutter als Muttertag Geschenk gebucht. Sie fand die Head Spa angenehm und alles lief gut. Das enttäuschende war, dass die Hand oder Fußmassage dich ich dazu gebucht habe komplett vergessen wurde. Während der Kopfmassage wurden kurz ihre Schultern und Oberarme massiert, aber eine 10 Minuten lange Hand oder Fußmassage am Ende gab es leider nicht, obwohl ich diese gebucht und bezahlt habe. Wissen Sie davon oder haben Sie eine Lösung? Danke.

I like the service, the place, the people, and the atmosphere. What I didn't love was that they called me and asked to combine manicure and pedicure, and had to pay 30€ more on site. It's not about the money but more transparency would be appreciated: either the possibility to book both online, or that if they're booked separately that is respected, even if it takes longer.
