I wanted a shiny jelly (cat-eye) effect, but unfortunately this wasn’t communicated very clearly. I got the impression that this look wasn’t possible with short nails, when I later found out that it actually can be achieved on short nails. If it wasn’t an option at the salon, I would have preferred to be told clearly. Overall, I think the communication could have been much better.
