first two visits of the studio for pedicure were good, the last time, unfortunately, was quite disappointing. i booked specific time and specific master, but when I came to the studio I had to wait and got a different master without any explanation. the master tried hard, but unfortunately she didn't have enough qualification - i had to ask to correct a shape of nails to avoid sharp ends and cut extra skin around few nails more carefully. besides, heels and toes was polished very poorly - skin became like sandpaper, even though it wasn't that bad before the treatment. the cuticle wasn't pushed back but just slightly being cut. overall experience was quite disappointing this time

ich gehe sehr gerne ins THE Cure, jedoch habe ich die letzten Male trotz Termin über 20 Min gewartet, während Laufkundschaft "zwei Nägel sind abgebrochen" oder "ich muss auf eine Hochzeite & um 16uhr fertig sein" sofort dran kamen. Ärgerlich! Die Terminierung muss verbessert werden
