It is very hard to communicate with staff in german or in english. Although I was a returning client and book the same service as the last time. I didn‘t receive the service I booked. When I insisted on getting the service I booked, communication was impossible and they were very unfriendly that I left. During my last visit I also witness unfriendliness to other customisers. I will definitely not come back.
