Good value for money, but also quite sloppy when it comes to details. The calluses on parts of my feet were not even touched, something I only noticed when I went back home and then had to repeat parts of the process myself, while three nails ended up comically uneven after the filing. The staff speak no English and limited German, and make no attempt to communicate with the customer whatsoever, which is sad and only augments the idea that you "shouldn't be telling them what to do".
