I booked a slot and I was received shortly after I arrived.
I booked manicure and pedicure and unfortunately after the pedicure, I had to wait 30 minutes to get attended for the manicure, since they took other customer in between.
The time was not great, the issue at the end was that despite having waited over an hour, as soon as I slipped my shoes, the nail polish was ruined. They forgot to add the top coat (or it's just not included) but I had to redo the colour myself at home.

Es ist wirklich nicht in Ordnung dass man einen Termin bucht und dann trotzdem eine Stunde warten muss. Letztes Mal war es auch schon so und dieses Mal habe ich meine Pilates Class verpasst (welche mich 30€ gekostet hat) weil ich so lange warten….
