Overall result is good, kind workers, comfy massage chairs. But, not all the tools are sanitary, single use nail files are being used on multiple clients, and that is dangerous as the single nail files cannot be sanitised after a use. Also other tools are sanitised with just liquids, without and heat sterilisation

I went there with a friend. We had an appointment at 17.10 and we left at 20.30. They were jumping back and forth, sometimes we were sitting 30 minutes just waiting with no communication. The nail design was simple but that was also a struggle to make. The lines on my nails aren’t straight. They also charged me more money than they should, same story with my friend.
