Olga is very friendly and professional. I always have a great time with her. She makes the whole session comfortable and knows how to relax a client. My results after approximately coming here for a year are excellent and would recommend this place.

Sadly I won't be coming back here since the booking management is quite terrible. For something as high priced, I expect to have a much friendlier and more professional service. The booking is chaotic. Last time I had to wait for 50min some of it outside, without any kind of reimbursement.
That being said, Olga is a fantastic specialist and I am saddened not to continue the treatment with her. But since there are many salons to choose from in Berlin I will find one that values my time.
