I've come here many times and have always been happy with the results but the past two times I couldn't get an appointment with Tham (who is great) and I think was handled by a trainie. Both times were a disappointment and I had to come home and adjust the shape of the nails myself. I think it's ok that some people have less experience than others but would be great to be transparent about it and maybe charge a discounted rate because the quality is not the same (+ you get cut quite a lot).
