Arrived 30 mins late — my fault. But the appointment finished at the same time anyway. The stylist avoided wetting my hair and had me dry it myself mid-cut. Wetting and drying are part of any haircut; without a blowout you can’t even assess the result. When I asked for a partial refund for the incomplete service, the owner threw money at me and told me not to return. Lateness doesn’t justify charging full price for half a service, or that reaction.
