I’m sorry to have to write this review because the staff member was very friendly, but unfortunately the hair color was completely wrong despite my clear instructions. I had asked for something very simple — a cool brown shade — but the result was far from what I wanted. In the end, I had to spend a lot of money at another hair salon to fix it. That was very disappointing.
