Very upsetting experience. My 13-year-old daughter went to the salon. According to her, they complained about her curly hair as they seemed not to be able to deal with it. "I have to use lots of conditioner," meaning "I don't want to waste it." "Es geht ga nicht," meaning "Dealing with her curly hair is stressful." My daughter was sad and didn't answer anything, then the stylist asked her, "LEBST DU NOCH?" Wow, that's too much and too bad. How can anyone speak like that to a child?
