Waking up in the middle of the night with unbearable head and neck pain and after spending the day doing a lot of physio and stretching and keeping the discomfort under control, I went to Suwaya for a one-hour back and shoulder massage. It was extremely relaxing (I did fall asleep a bunch of times) whilst also strengthening. I had a great sleep overnight and woke up refreshed and almost completely free of the pain from the previous day
