The best experience I had with massage and Ayurveda. the most impressive part was this particular sauna in barrel I did after the massage.
I was travelling for work and came across this Ayurvedic massage centre. The owners were lovely. Being a yoga enthusiast, I've always been interested in Indian traditions — but today I got to truly understand my body and how to take better care of it.
