The signature massage was mainly squeezing some muscles thrown in with a handful of stretches and maybe 3mins with something hot on your back. Maybe it’s their style, but i prefer my massages done with hard pressure and long smooth strokes with the base of the hand or sometimes the thumb. I find it more relaxing that way. I would have considered coming back for maybe another style of massage but they used a stinky old towel to wipe the massage oil off me. That was the final thread for me
