Even though I booked the appointment with Hoa, my manicure was done by another lady. I got my gel nail polish removed. But unfortunately, she damaged my nails while removing it. I understand that she is learning. But, it shouldn't be on me.

Although I book my appointments with Hoa, always somebody else does my nails. I had some ingrown little toe nails. But, unfortunately she treated them wrongly I guess, because they got red and swollen after the pedicure. The nail coloring was nice.
