Aggressive use of the nail file, I was holding my breath the whole time 😅 naildesigner did not seem confident about what she was doing and the appointment took quite a long time. Some of my nails are visually uneven - thick in some spots and thin in others. I appreciated that she cared about getting me a good result and redid several nailsOne other thing I didn’t find professional is that another employee was loudly eating a strong-smelling meal right next to me during the appointment
