Frau Kleebaum was very friendly, patient and honest. She answered all of my questions carefully. I felt very comfortable, although she couldn't speak English with me. The procedure hurt a bit (plasma pen) and it takes a few days to recover, but the results look promising. I'm very happy and will return to treat other problem areas of mine.
