ACHTUNG- ATTENTION.I had burnt red marks on my skin after waxing. They do not speak basic English, except Annalena. Non-German speakers excluded. The lady called Suzanne was utterly rude. She changed my appointment on Treatwell, so it appears as I never showed up, with the risk that the app charges me twice, because they do not accept non-German cards, and I had to come back on another day with the rest of the cash. Annalena, on the other hand, was super polite and professional. Choose wisely!
