I used to love this place. I went there for a pedicure very frequently for the past few months. Lately, my last two appointments, I feel like the service has degraded. They say it’s a 50 minute pedicure but it always runs over time. This time I spent 1.5 hours, excluding the 15 mins I waited there before my appointment. So if you have plans afterward, you’re definitely going to be late. I think they can’t handle the number of customers they get. I like the quality of their work, but I’m probably going to look elsewhere.
